Product Description

1. Shear hydraulic system adopts CDF-14 gear pump, shear Gr12, motor power 3kw, no noise running smoothly, long service life, and cutting adopts medium plate welding and heavy duty.
2. The computer control system adopts a high-intelligent industrial electronic programmer PLC control system, which is simple in operation, accurate in accuracy and stable in performance.

4, the raw material support frame adopts manual adjustment test, easy to operate, suitable for 0.25mm-0.8mm color coated plate or galvanized plate.

Packing and shipment

Standard export packing and delivery
1. Main body of roll forming machine and decoiler is nude packing.
2. Rollers, shafts, PLC, pump and cutter are packed with water-proof plastic film, spare parts in carton box.
3. One set of machine needs a 20'container to shipping.
